Complete the 40-hour Master Gardener course through the extension office and give 40 hours of service.
Examples of Master Gardener service include writing a gardening column for local newspapers, growing a demonstration garden, speaking to service and gardening clubs about gardening, conducting garden tours and working with youth groups.
