This contest is open to all 4-H members enrolled in a foods project in Lincoln County. To qualify as a wholegrain exhibit, the product must contain a minimum of 25% wholegrain or wholegrain flour as an
ingredient. The latest dietary guidelines - which form the basis of the MyPyramid place a large emphasis on
whole grains and whole grain products.
