4-H Animal Identifcation Guidelines

Copies of 4-H ID sheets must be on file at the State 4-H Office no later than June 20 of each year. Please be sure yoiur ID sheets are completely filled out before submitting to the extension office. The information must be provided on each animal ID sheet. Separate sheets must be used for each species or show division.
